Brewing Good Days

Kopi, the way
it should taste.

Local beans roasted dark. Teh pulled until the foam holds. Pastries out of the oven all afternoon. Malaysian, and unapologetic about it.

Brewing Good Days

The kopitiam has the flavour. The café chain has the experience, at a price most Malaysians will not pay every day. We wanted both, at a price that is not an occasion.

Fresh bake

A kiosk should smell like an oven

Mini croissants and Hong Kong egg tarts baked in small batches right through the day — not delivered once each morning and left to sit. Butter and pastry in the air at three in the afternoon is the most persuasive thing we own.

Thaw & bake

Take the oven smell home

The same pastries, semi-finished and blast-frozen, in packs you bake yourself. Twelve mini croissants, ten egg tarts — a Sunday morning that starts properly, without anyone leaving the house.

Morning set — Kopi + Kaya Toast
