Delete your account
Two ways to do it. One is immediate, the other takes up to 30 days because we verify the request first.
In the app
Open Me → Delete my account. It asks for your password and takes effect immediately — you are signed out and the account is gone.
Ask us to do it
Use the form below. We email you to confirm the request came from you — an email address on its own is not proof of identity, and we are not going to erase someone because a stranger typed their address.
What is removed, and what is kept
Removed
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Saved addresses, favourites and your cart
- Notification settings and push tokens
- Your details on any support tickets
Kept
Records of orders you have already paid for, for up to seven years, because Malaysian tax law requires it. Your name, email and phone are stripped out of them, so what remains is a sales record that is no longer connected to a person.
