A kiosk team is small, which means what you do is visible and what you learn is real. If you have never made a coffee in your life, that is fine — most of our baristas hadn’t either.

What we hire for
Barista
Pull kopi and teh, run the espresso bar, and keep the counter moving through the morning rush. We train you on everything.

Baker
Run the oven through the day — small batches, timed so there is always something coming out and the kiosk always smells right.
- Early starts
- Some kitchen experience helps
Shift lead
Open or close a kiosk, run the counter app and the day's stock, and look after two or three people on your shift.

- Retail or F&B experience
